Baby Massage With Gemma

Baby Massage With Gemma

I run baby massage courses for babies from birth to one year.

Touch is important in supporting the bonding process and for physical and emotional growth. You will learn to massage your baby in small friendly classes in a homely environment. I will show you how to read your baby’s cues and respond to their needs.

Massage can help relieve the symptoms of wind colic and constipation and help with sleep and relaxation. You will get the opportunity to discuss issues relating to life with a new baby in a confidential and supportive environment. I believe ‘there is no right or wrong way to parent; there is only your way’.

I also run Starting Solids workshops. You will look at the recommendations of when to start solids as well as what to start with and how to start. I will provide information and support for the different methods of introducing solids to your baby as well as looking at personal and family influences to food and meal times.
